For executive level and confidential searches, BurkeERC provides a full cycle recruiting process designed to identify, recruit and present our clients with a slate of candidates that meet both the functional expertise and leadership qualities they desire. BurkeERC will provide detailed candidate submissions, schedule interviews and necessary travel, as well as manage other additional responsibilities throughout the process. We will invoice client 10% of targeted first year compensation at the inception of the search, an additional 10% at submission of qualified candidates and the remaining balance upon the start date of the selected candidate.
For individual search assignments, this is our clients’ most preferred agreement. Clients will engage BurkeERC resources for a specific requirement. The process begins with a detailed description of the functional responsibilities being developed in a collaborative fashion by the client and BurkeERC. After sourcing and submission of candidates, BurkeERC will continue to facilitate the interview process through to completion. The fee structure is based on a fixed percentage of the total first year’s cash compensation and billed in installments based on specified benchmarks.
BurkeERC will provide dedicated resources to a client for specific searches or a repetitive talent requirement. Using our research based search capabilities and other client related resources, BurkeERC will manage the search process from inception through close by assigning a project manager (on-site if preferred) that will be dedicated to the project. BurkeERC will invoice the client a mutually agreed upon amount at inception based on the project budget.
For existing clients, BurkeERC will actively recruit for early career through management level professionals who are hired to become the business leaders of the future. The fee structure is based on a fixed percentage of the first year’s cash compensation upon completion of a successful search.
